TCCEC (THE COCA COLA EXPORT CORTPORATION)

i. Plant Expansion and Automation Engineering

Site: Raiwind

Scope of Project:
The Coca Cola Export Corporation has a concentrate plant with various machines and process and storage tanks.

The project was Incepted & presented to the Plant & Atlanta Management through simulations based presentations.

After reaching an agreement on the main theme of expansion and the sequence of activities/phases, comp0lete design work for the first phase was carried out which included:

Plant & building Layouts

Civil & architectural designs

Mechanical parts, machinery, piping and tanks designs

Fabrication and execution/working drawings were developed for tanks, piping, inter floor structures, water drainage system in liason with plant management requirements and vendor capabilities. Our focus was to arrange most of the resources locally in order to develop future service providers at the clinet’s doorsteps.

Automation concepts transformed into SLD’s

Fabrication and execution/working drawings for wiring/cabling/HMI’s, CCTV cameras, fire safety and communication networks were developed in liason with plant management requirements and vendor capabilities. Our focus was to arrange most of the resources locally in order to develop future service providers at the clinet’s doorsteps.

Project was successfully closed and handed over to the client at a time of maximum limitations due to COVID.

ii. Condensate collection from Air conditioning and refrigeration systems

A project was incepted and shared with the client and the concept was to collect all the condensate generated by the air conditioning and refrigeration systems and to be recycled for relatively less sensitive points such as toilets and gardening etc.

iii. Development of electrical drawings for the complete plant

The Raiwind Concentrate plant was expanded previously in bits and pieces and as such the overall electrical system was not balanced or available in the form of organized electrical drawings.

We were awarded the work to develop complete set of drawings for the plant electrical HV & LV systems.

In total 40 drawings were developed.

iv. Gap Analysis

The objective of the project was to look for areas of improvement in consultation with the whole relevant CPS team, in Wet room and Coke room related processes to ensure smooth and trouble free processing.

Approach to conduct the gap analysis was based on following:
a) What-If Analysis
b) Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
c) Fault Tree Analysis

The activity was completed in a span of 30 days and a comprehensive report was submitted with clear action points identified for improvements.

Dynamic Sportswear

Client: US Denim Mills

Site: Gajumata Lahore

Scope of Project:
The complete plant of 3 MW capacity was supervised during installation phase. AESP team partnered with commissioning team to successfully hand over the plant to our valued client.

Scope included:
Layout preparation

Piping design and installation supervision

Electrical system design and installation supervision

Structures and walkways design, and fabrication and installation supervision

Installation and cable terminations supervision

Pre commissioning and final commissioning supervision was carried out by AESP team

US Denim/Apparel

Client: US Denim Mills
Site: Gajumata Lahore

Scope of Project:
AESP has designed, fabricated, and installed all the piping and other local components required for the used furnace oil Gensets imported by US Denim Company for their apparel plant near Gajumata, Lahore.

The complete plant of 3 MW capacity was installed and commissioned by AESP which included all electrical and mechanical jobs.
Oil storage tanks, ventilation system, platforms, piping, exhaust chimney etc. were all a part of our scope of work.

Scope included:

Layout preparation

Tanks design and fabrication, installation

Piping design and installation after fabrication

Electrical system design, manufacturing and supply and installation

Structures and walkways design, fabrication and installation

Installation and cable terminations for the Gensets, provided by US Denim

Installation and cable terminations for all other furnace oil refining systems

Pre commissioning of the complete System, which was finally commissioned by MAN staff and management

Fire Safety Exit Staircase & other task carried out at WALLS factory, Unilever Pakistan Pvt Ltd.

School for Care School Systems at Kumikot, AJK

After the devastating Earthquake of year 2005-6, construction work started in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and the biggest challenge was to carry out construction work with speed and use a design that could withstand any future challenges of extreme weather conditions and obviously be able to sustain earthquakes.

AESP took the lead and prepared its own pre-fabricated thin sheet design, got it approved from NESPAK, and constructed hundreds of single and two-room sheds and schools.

Below is the school built at Kumikot for the Care school system? The school was constructed and handed over to school management in a record time of 30 days.

King Edward Medical College Swimming Pool

The original swimming pool of KE Medical College had maximum depth of about 16 ft, which posed a threat and needed to be reduced as per International standards.

Since budget was limited and the client also want3d to install a water treatment plant to keep the water clean and transparent, AESP took the challenge and completed the project in record time without demolishing the existing structure. A tailored design was prepared to reduce the depth as per desired design.

A complete water treatment system was designed and installed and the pool was given a brand new look with new tiling work and added wash/change rooms construction.

The present appearance of the pool represents the workmanship of AESP.

PT Royal Industries Jakarta

A used 4 MW gas fired Power Plant was arranged by the client for their Palm Oil refinery unit located in Suriya Cipta Industrial Estate, Jakarta Indonesia.

Plant was handed over to us after mechanical installation was complete and our scope of work was to arrange electrical connectivity of the plant as per drawings provided by the client.

Our teams were based in the plant for a period of 6 months during which all electrical cable laying and connectivity was carried out as per drawings provided by the client.

Hydro Power Pak Patan

Punjab Power Development Company awarded a 3-year O & M contract for Pak Patan Hydro Power Plant to one of our sister concern companies.

AESP being a shareholder was a part of the services provided. The job included smooth operations of the hydro Power plant and regular pre-planned maintenance and break down maintenance.
