CBRE/Shell Pakistan

M/S. Shell Pakistan awarded the work for the complete up gradation of their 52 pump sites to our sister concern company NEM, AESP being a 50% partner, the work included a complete up gradation of the electrical installations including replacement of existing Distribution Boards with new ones having latest versions of circuit breakers, cabling, earthwork and reflooring.

In addition we were awarded fabrication works including Switch gear, Fuel station Canopies and Storage Tanks. The works were carried out under high safety protocols keeping in mind the sensitivity of work site, team members were specially trained by the company CEO.

US Denim/Apparel

Scope of Project:
The complete plant of 3 MW capacity was installed and commissioned by AESP which included all electrical and mechanical jobs.

AESP has designed, fabricated, and installed all the piping, local components required for the used furnace oil Gensets imported by US Denim Company for their apparel plant near Gajumata, Lahore.

Scope included:

Layout preparation

Oil storage Tanks design and fabrication, installation

Piping design and installation after fabrication, Platforms and exhaust chimney

Electrical system design, manufacturing and supply and installation

Structures and walkways design, fabrication and installation

Installation and cable terminations for the Gensets, provided by US Denim

Installation and cable terminations for all other furnace oil refining systems

Ventilation system

Pre commissioning of the complete System was performed by AESP team which was finally commissioned by MAN staff and management

PT Royal Industries Jakarta

A used 4 MW gas fired Power Plant was arranged by the client for their Palm Oil refinery unit located in Suriya Cipta Industrial Estate, Jakarta Indonesia.

Plant was handed over to us after mechanical installation was complete and our scope of work was to arrange electrical connectivity of the plant as per drawings provided by the client.

Our teams were based in the plant for a period of 6 months during which all electrical cable laying and connectivity was carried out as per drawings provided by the client.

Walls (Unilever Pakistan Pvt. Ltd.)

M/S. WALLS Ice Cream Plant, a subsidiary company of Unilever Pakistan Pvt Ltd. Awarded multiple jobs to AESP for piping, platforms fabrication, fire safety exit staircase fabrication and up gradation of their Ammonia Chilling System.

ii. NESTLE KABEERWALA STEEL STRUCTURE CANOPY ON THE SWIMMING POOL

iii. Water Filtration Plant Rooms

Small and medium-sized water filtration plants have been placed at many places in Rural and Urban areas either by the Govt. agencies or by private organizations to ensure supply of Portable water to end users.
The quickest and easiest way to build cost-effective housing for these plants is a prefabricated room of size 12 ft * 12 ft.

AESP has been supplying such rooms to various commercial and private parties.

iv. NEM Shed

NURSONS Engineering & manufacturing is a company based in Lahore, gave AESP the task to build a new shed in year 2016 for their new fabrication setup, AESP designed and manufactured the shed for them and helped in establishing a complete new fabrication business.

v. School for Care School Systems at Kumikot, AJK

After the devastating Earthquake of year 2005-6, construction work started in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and the biggest challenge was to carry out construction work with speed and use a design that could withstand any future challenges of extreme weather conditions and obviously be able to sustain earthquakes.

AESP took the lead and prepared its own pre-fabricated thin sheet design, got it approved from NESPAK, and constructed hundreds of single and two-room sheds and schools.

Below is the school built at Kumikot for the Care school system? The school was constructed and handed over to school management in a record time of 30 days.

vi. Steel Structure Building for Powder Milk Plant at Gourmet factory Sundar Industrial Estate

Gourmet Food chain has a factory located in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore Raiwind. The bakery, Ice Cream and other misc. food products are produced in this plant. Gourmet had put up a Powder milk plant at their factory, main machinery and plant were imported, however the steel structure building was built locally and the fabricated and installation of the same was performed as a sub-contractor by AESP.

Telecommunication Towers

AESP has fabricated and installed hundreds of telecom towers both Lattice and Monopoles for most of the telecom service providers based in Pakistan, including companies like Mobilink, Mobiserve, Wateen Telecom, ZTE, etc.

King Edward Medical College Swimming Pool

The original swimming pool of KE Medical College had maximum depth of about 16 ft, which posed a threat and needed to be reduced as per International standards.

Since budget was limited and the client also want3d to install a water treatment plant to keep the water clean and transparent, AESP took the challenge and completed the project in record time without demolishing the existing structure. A tailored design was prepared to reduce the depth as per desired design.

A complete water treatment system was designed and installed and the pool was given a brand new look with new tiling work and added wash/change rooms construction.

The present appearance of the pool represents the workmanship of AESP

AESP has been fabricating and assembling Canopies for different brands of local assemblers of Power generators.

EMCO Industries

EMCO Industries is one of the most experienced ceramic insulator manufacturers in Pakistan. AESP has been performing various types of fabrication jobs for EMCO.

Ecolean (An alternative to Tetrapak Packaging system)

M/S. Ecolean which produces an alternate packaging system for long shelf life milk, had put up their plant at Sundar Industrial Estate, AESP has fabricated and installed their piping system for ink supplies to the auto printing system.

Cable Trays

Cable Trays of all standard and tailored sizes are fabricated and either galvanized or Powder-coated as per the client’s requirements.
